Xsentrikarts is an inter-disciplinary arts platform that thrives on conducting research in our communities and telling their stories. As such, we take the definition of community quite seriously, and view it in a broad sense; one that fosters inclusion, equality and access for all. 

We support communities and themes, topics we’re passionate about; as well as individuals and groups and make it an unquestionable ethical and moral obligation to treat  all our employees, members, collaborators and partners in an equal and fair manner.

As an association we pay great attention to a good communication and collaboration on all ends.

This context also extends to our Gender and Diversity Policy. As an association, we experience constantly changing constellations in our projects but in each step or phase, we pay attention to the fullfillment of this policy.
